Dr. Margarita Šešelgytė has been working at the Institute of International Relations and Political Science at Vilnius University since 2007, when she received her PhD in political science from the latter. She also worked at the Baltic Defense College from 2004 to 2007 and taught security studies at the Vilnius University. She is today director of the Institute of International Relations and Political Science and has published many articles on European security. She was in Paris last March . . .
